Urien and dudley are high tiers not top tiers. You have sh!t on your eyes. Tier lists are made from different official tournaments, people play tournaments to win, thus they select their best mastered characters not their "favorite", if you are good at Remy and Urien, but you think Urien is better you will obviously pick Urien on the tournament. After calculating the match-ups the tier list is done. You failed on your logic. wtf i'm saying! you have no logic at all. Peace out.

Dudley and urien, no matter how much u bitch and whine, are not top tiers or anywhere close. Just because good players play them well, does not mean they are top tier. lol apparently you just talk shit. every 3rd strike players knows that the current tier list is: Top tiers: Chun, yun High tiers: Ken, makoto, Dudley, Urien, yang the rest doesn't matter. It's the last Japanese tier list for your information. You can find other old tier lists on internet so don't come up with them, i don't care.
